Call & voicemail capture

The phone call that decided something, captured, not lost to memory.

Who it’s for: Builders who agree half the job on the phone and have nothing to show for it when it matters.

Your flow

1
A call comes in, or a voicemail is left
2
Captured with an up-front recording notice
3
Sabeam transcribes it and drafts what it implies
4
You glance and wave it through
Call & voicemail capture: Sabeam UI
Captured speech becomes drafts you approve, the same flow, coming to phone calls.

The problem

The price agreed, the change requested, the promise made, half of it happens on a phone call and lives only in someone’s memory. When it matters later, there is nothing to point to.

How it works

  1. 1

    Captured, with notice

Calls are recorded only after a clear “this call is being recorded” message, with an opt-out. Voicemails are captured the moment they’re left.

  2. 2

    Turned into the record

Sabeam transcribes the call and drafts what it implies, a variation, a message, a diary note, the same draft-and-approve flow as Speak it.

  3. 3

    You approve

Nothing that touches money or another person is sent without your nod. Only the everyday log files itself.

Before and after

Without Sabeam

  • Phone decisions remembered, then disputed
  • No record of what was actually agreed
  • He-said-she-said at the end of the job

With Sabeam

  • Every important call part of the record
  • The change or promise captured as it’s made
  • A transcript to point to when it matters

What you get

Questions

When is this available?
Call capture is coming, after the capture and drafting modules that are live today. Voicemail comes first; recorded calls follow.
Is it legal to record calls?
Calls are captured only with an up-front recording notice and an opt-out, in line with Australian recording law. Voicemail, where the caller chooses to leave a message, needs no more than that.
