- When is this available?
- Call capture is coming, after the capture and drafting modules that are live today. Voicemail comes first; recorded calls follow.
- Is it legal to record calls?
- Calls are captured only with an up-front recording notice and an opt-out, in line with Australian recording law. Voicemail, where the caller chooses to leave a message, needs no more than that.
